GRANGEPANS

Due to a massive rebuilding programme in the 1950s and 60s only a handful of buildings from the potteries era remain.  The following
postcards give us a glimpse of the past and the tall chimneys and winding gears in the first two photos indicate how industrialised the
area was.  The tops of the West Lothian Pottery's kilns can been seen above the rooftops.
